ADOP for CUSTOM patches

Hello Experts,

I would like to know how to create a driver file for my customization  files or shell scripts which i want to apply using adop.

The basic idea is to create a custom patch, which includes all customizations done by developer.

We would like to develop a custom patch for every customization that client wants to incorporate n apply using adop to maintain common standard to deploying.

The patch needs to be applied by DBA by using adop complete cycle.

Please let me know the process to do the above & help us if there are any tools which can be used to develop a driver file using custom xdf/ldt files.
