Default Ship Confirm Rule based on Ship Method

When I go to ship confirm a delivery, I have Ship method populated and we have the default rule also populated (setup done on shipping parameters) , but we have several ship confirm rules based on ship method as per business needs.

How can I default ship confirm rule to say rule1 when ship method is fedex or rule2 when ship method is LTL....etc
