Performance issue in iSupport Home Page
We have a performance issue in iSupport 12.1.3. When the user creates a personal view and choose Last Updated On = Any Date then the query takes a long time to be completed and to show the SR in the iSupport home page. Can we have an workaround for this bug? I suspect that an index is missing or there are other indexes on the CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B table that would make the query very slow. Also, I would want to know in which table(s) is/ are stored the information regarding the personalized iSupport Home Page views of each user (when the
