Secondary Alpha and Mailing names displayed

Hello-

I have setup secondary alpha and mailing names in E1 9.1 Who's Who for an employee. Also have set a '2' in the UDC 01/LP as indicated in the Address Book manual ( to display Chinese ).  I was expecting to see a second line displayed as it did in World, but no second lines are shown for Alpha name etc. when I inquire on employee (Address Book).  What am I missing to enable this to display as it did in World?
