Ship to site or Bill to site are not appearing in Business purpose after made inactive and then rest

Hello All,

We have upgraded from 11i to R12.2.4 recently. We are facing the below issue.

In R12 Customer standard webpage, When a ship to or bill to site address is inactivated, the business purposes are inactivated as well. So when we restore the ship to site or bill to site business purpose has to restore, but it is not restoring. Please refer the attachment for reference.

  

Please help to resolve the issue.
