hello,

I want to verify if patch 19180842:R12.XLA.B is still relevant on our 12.1.3 instance.
This patch was successfully installed on our test instance. As far as i can see that was a 12.1.2 instance. And now we want to install and test the patch on our 12.1.3 instance.
