R12.1.3 : Error during intallation patch 20233895

hello,

During the installation of patch 20233895  we encounter the following error:
Performing version checking...
AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'cle forms/US CLE_F383_INVRTWH.fmb'


Log and Info File sync point:
  Tue Mar 31 2015 14:15:50
  AutoPatch found some files which it will not apply.
  These files are listed in the AutoPatch informational message file.

AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'cle reports/US CLE_F371_R2RAC.rdf'

AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'cle reports/US CLE_F374_NALE.rdf'
