line item Labour rate

Hello,

One of our customer needs  sale invoice lines as following:-

line 1  Finish Good item,  rate and qty (Amount to billed with taxes on this line

line 2  Labor rate/amount  of line 1    (Amount to billed with taxes on this line)

Line 3 Item supplied by them for job work (For tax calculation only )

How can we makes sales order where item in line no is 1 stockable only.

We are 12.1.1.
