Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I have requirement where I need Send E-mail To Recipient Group. I create E-mail Template. This template must contain link in text like as


href=http://[Host]/fins_rus/start.swe?SWECmd=GotoView&SWEView=FINS+cBanking+Opportunity+Sales+Team+View&SWEBU=1&SWEApplet0=FINS+cBanking+Request+Header+Form+Applet&SWERowId0=
[FINS cBanking Request.Id]' target=_blank title=Deal>[FINS cBanking Request.Name]</a>

For send E-mail I use CreateRequest method of Outbound Communications Manager BS. But this method send body message as text not as HTML.

Is there another way send E-mail to Recipient Group with HTML fromat ??
