Hi All,

Thanks in advance.

Slow Database performance after upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 but when we change the optimizer_features_enable=10.2.0.4 performance is back to normal. please suggest how to achieve the same performance with optimizer_features_enable=12.1.0.2.
