How to resolve Essbase Error (1042017): Network error: Timed out before receiving all data

Hi

I am receiving attached error while retrieving values in smartview. (same in preview data on application through EAS as well)

I followed note "1042017 Network error: The client or server timed out waiting to receive data using TCP/IP. Check network connections" (Doc ID 1279378.1). and updated initially NETRETRYCOUNT & NETDELAY counts 750 & 800 resp. This error is seen even with these numbers being increased to 4 digits.  Its an ASO cube with 11 dimensions and not working when formula based member is selected.

I got this error in on version 11.1.2.4 (It was working fine in 11.1.2.2).
