Archive log rejected (thread 1 sequence....) at "Host " message reported in Production DB alert log

Hi All,

We implemented Oracle Data Guard 11gR2 (Physical Standby database) for our critical production database on 20/03/2015.

Production DB is shipping the Logs to Standby DB and Logs are being applied in Standby DB.

But occasionally, 3-4 times a day we are getting the following message in Production DB alert log.

ARC6: Archive log rejected (thread 1 sequence 52991) at host 'PRODDR'

FAL[server, ARC6]: FAL archive failed, see trace file.

ARCH: FAL archive failed. Archiver continuing

ORACLE Instance PROD - Archival Error. Archiver continuing.

We opened SR and we were advised to disable the following Firewall features. We have done this also.
