We are planning to upgrade from Siebel 8.1.1.6 to IP2014, can anyone tell me, whether I need to run the IRM Only, as mentioned in the IRM Video or complete Upgrade cycle including Upgrep, merge and UPGPHYS

Also How to run IRM on IBM DB2 ZOS.
