Save Query As (PDQ) not working in IP2014 PS 4

Hi All,

Can you please help me with an idea, suggestion for the matter below:

Behavior: NO PDQs in the PDQs pop-up applet (no custom or standard PDQS - pop-up is empty) Can not click OK or Cancel buttons, does not do anything
Behavior occurs in:
- All screens
- Only in IE  (10 or 11)
- Only with custom SRF (only different columns or data added)
- Behavior reproduces with scripting disable
- On both dedicated and thin client
- Reproducible with standard BC in custom environment
- Only error found in console after clicking in the pop-up: The attribute 'value' of an undefined or NULL reference cannot be set appears in browser console log after clicking OK or Cancel buttons.
