Instance summary highligter window doesn't go away

In 12.1.0.4 cloud control (OMS and repository running on Windows server), when i move the cursor over one of the database instances under "Database Load Map" section of Targets-->Databases selection, you will see a instance summary window as in below screenshot. But this window stays even after you select an instance move onto next page. It is blocks the view in subsequent pages until move around and come back to same summary page again. Any idea how to resolve this issue?
