how to create clickable charts

Hi,

we are on IP 2013 . May I know how to create click-able pie charts and show the details in Open UI? It is like a dashbaord in baking sites where you need to show the chart and data next to that. when user clicks on particular area on pie chart show the related records as a table next to that.
