Kanban Card Drop Block using MWA

We encounter issues where at the kanban card drop step on the MWA the user may encounter an error. If the user does not cancel the transaction and another user attempts to perform a related transaction the 2 transactions will now have blocks against each other in the database. If enough people try to "help" and begin other transactions against the same data, eventually the entire MWA will become unresponsive and we may end up with several blocks in the Database.

We have set the inactive session timeout for MWA to 30 mins. However, that means the block may sit out there for 30 mins.
