How do I upgrade OVM manager after changing mysql database root password?

I am trying to upgrade my OVM Manager from 3.3.1 to 3.3.2, and have had all kinds of issues due to not knowing the database user passwords, admin and weblogic passwords after inheriting this system from a teammate that left my company and of course didn't document anything. I have successfully reset all the passwords and restart the manager. I think started the upgrade to 3.3.2.

Based on the error below, how can I tell the OVMM config that the password has changed, or manually update some file where this would be stored, and how can I tell the upgrade process to continue where it failed?
