Upgraded to Siebel 8.1.1.14 Open UI. CTI tool bar is not visible.

e recently upgraded to Siebel 8.1.1.14  from Siebel 8.1.1.10 and enabled Open UI. We do get the Open UI screen layout but unable to see the CTI tool bar  I have attached the screenshot from our application. Let us know what we are missing.

Along with CTI tool bar we also had Persistent Customer Dashboard in HI which is not visible in Open UI  along with View tabs.

Logged in to Siebel 8.1.1.14 on HI which  displayed the CTI tool bar, Persistent customer dashboard and all view tabs.
