Configurator Issue in Order Management

Hello Everone

I am writing for and ATO issue in oracle order management. The job is getting created successfully through progress order however the configuration item combination is not created and 'Assemble To Order Mass Load Report' output shows 'invalid segment' error. the screenshot of output is as follows;
