Acquisition Costs not being calculated for POs

Hi,

We have upgraded eBiz from R12.0.4 to 12.1.3 and notice that Acquisition Cost previously calculated through Actual Cost Process is not taken now i.e. ACP only reflects PO price but not the additional charges defined in Freight and Charges (Modifiers) form of Advanced Pricing module for the PO item.

Please advise your expert input to resolve the issue.
