Carrier preference is not working
Hi Team,
I have defined carrier preference for a priticular customer & item A with preferred carrier as D.
For the same customer in Routing definition i have defined 2 carriers C& D with same MOT ,Freight handling code & Rate .
Now i created a sales order with two items A & B ..but in shipment it is always taking Carrier C & not considering D at all.
In customer master we did not define the carrier .
is there any hierarchy for this..
