Recommended connector synchronization frequency

Dear Team,

We are setting up the connector sync between Oracle Webcenter Content and Oracle Webcenter Sites for our customer. As part of this we want to provide the sync near to real time, so the OWCS contributors do not have to wait for their content to appear in Sites.

Hence would like to know what is the recommended connector frequency(time interval) in a Production system, to provide near real time document synchronization to customer.

Tried to find this information in different documents/blogs, but not get help. Can you please let me know by your experience with connector.
