Not possible to open the customer account

Hi All,

While going to responsibility XXEEBE BRU OM CUSTOMER MAINTAIN --> Customers-->Standard and find the customers, but on the next page it's not possible to go in the customer account.

Find attached screenashot for this. The same behaviour is with responsibility XXEEBE BRU OM CUSTOMER MAINTAIN.

Please reply accordingly.
