CRMD EAI error for CRMDesktopContactIO

Hi,

We are developing CRM desktop integration by with LN, while doing upsert from LN, i am getting following error message.

<ErrorCode>PIM-SYNC-002</ErrorCode>

<ErrorMessage>EAI Adapter call failed with the error : The record with search specification '[Id] = "1-AUSJHR"' in business component 'Contact' (integration component 'Contact') has been modified by another user since it was retrieved (as indicated by field 'DS Updated').  Please requery and redo the update.(SBL-EAI-04290)</ErrorMessage>

can some give your suggestion please.
