Fixed Assets Rapid Implementation spreadsheet will not connect to instance

When I click the link to download the spreadsheet, it usually asks me to log in again.  Now it does not ask for a log in, and it will not connect to the instance.

Others are able to download the spreadsheet with no issues. Has anyone had this issue before?
