attempted to install patch 20230795 for Hyperion 11.1.2.3.500.17 it failed, and step 3 in the readme

step 2 in the readme:

Uninstall the Financial Reporting Studio by going to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, and then uninstall Financial Reporting Studio.

Then ran OPatch below is from the log file:

[Apr 2, 2015 7:12:45 PM]     Patch "20230795" is ignored as it is not a "Fusion Applications patch".

[Apr 2, 2015 7:12:45 PM]     Check if patch "20230795"  is a no-op patch.

[Apr 2, 2015 7:12:45 PM]     Opt. comp. not in OH inventory: oracle.epmsystem.fr, 11.1.2.3.0

[Apr 2, 2015 7:12:45 PM]     [ oracle.epmsystem.fr, 11.1.2.3.0 ]

[Apr 2, 2015 7:12:45 PM]     OPatch will clean up 'restore.sh,make.txt' files and 'rac,scratch,backup' directories.

You will be still able to rollback patches after this cleanup.
