Bills Receivable in R12

Hi Folks,

I'm new to R12 and also for oracle Bills Receivables. I'm trying to implement Bills receivables in R12 and I'm not able to create a transaction. The issue I'm having is I'm not able to select the Drawee Location under Bill-TO in transaction window. Also I'm not able to find the payment method I have created for Bills receivable in the Transaction window. My customer is having one Bill-To and Drawee site. Also I Have created a receipt class of Bills receivable and assigned a payment method to it.

Can you please help me in finding out what setup I'm missing. I'm trying to create one transaction and try to exchange it as Bills Receivable.
