Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. After upgrading to IP2014 - SBL-EAI-04313: There is no active Web Service

Hello,

We recently upgraded our environment from IP2013 to IP2013. Dev, QA, Staging environments were fine (non-Load balanced).

However, in our Production Environment, we are seeing the following error:

SBL-EAI-04313: There is no active Web Service with operation named 'http://siebel.com/CustomUI:OAKInboundAvailabilityPricingServiceOAKGetAvailabilitiesByProperty'.

This happens for one of our load balanced Integration (EAI) servers. The other server doesn't have any issues.

Any idea what could be causing this?
