Deletion Group for Operation

We have created a new Deletion Group as below for a new organization

Group: ABC-OPT

Type; Operation

Current Organization  and Saved it and able to query the Deletion Group

When we try to delete an operation under one routing, I select the operation and clicked on the Delete icon, the Delete Operation form opened but when I clicked on the Name, the list of values didnt show any. We expect the newly created deletion group to populate

Any idea on what can be the issue, it worked fine for the other Orgs
