Upgrade multiple DBs in single Oracle home from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4

We have two servers that have multiple databases running in the same Oracle home, all on 11.2.0.3.12, and we need to upgrade to 11.2.0.4.x. These are Oracle Linux 5 boxes, on hardware (not VM, so no snapshots...would make this a little easier for trial-and-error).

On our test server, with four databases in the same Oracle home, I ran the DBUA creating a new Oracle home for 11.2.0.4, and it worked - but it demanded that I select one and only one database to upgrade. So that database is upgraded (and I applied 19769489 to get the Jan2015 PSU applied)  - but the other three are still in 11.2.0.3, and I can't run the DBUA again unless I create a new Oracle home.
