Legal Entity not in the LOV while defining Bank Account AP R12.1.3

Hi Profs,

Hope you all are doing good. I an issue and will need help.

I am trying to create a bank account from a custom AP responsibility.  My legal entity is not in the LOV for Bank Account Owner and this is affecting the AFF structure in the proceeding page. Kindly advise the profile options i need to check for the responsibility i am using. Advise on other possible checks.
