Organization window not getting invoked from Tools >Scheduling>Reservation Details

Hi,

In Sales order line form,when we click Tools > Scheduling >Reservation Details , Organization Window is invoked to select the organization before Reservation details are visible.

This is seen in 11i but in R12.2.4 , i am not able to see the Organization window getting invoked. Is this a change in functionality in R12 ? Do we have any document for the same?

Please let me know if anyone has any information?
