Interactive Version P983051 no check in/out option in OMW ?

Hi, wondering why in the white paper FAQ on OMW Document 1283779.pdf

it  stated that the IV / P983051 does not have option for check in / out in OMW but somehow i  managed to run the check in /out in my demo junior ? WHy ?

Need your advice..
