TB by all object Accounts (P09214) Inquiry - Not Exporting to Excel

Hi,

I'm using TB by all Object Accounts (P09214) inquiry and the search fetches appx 79000 records, "Export to Excel" is not working at all, "Export to CSV" is working fine but only issue with this is 0's at the start of BU and end of object account are not exported.

Please suggest a solution. this inquiry is very critical for us as it fetches all object accounts.
