What date of purchase order is used for the pegging order sequence in FIFO pegging method

There are several date columns in the table msc_supplies, old_order_placement_date, old_dock_date, old_need_by_date, promised_date ...etc.

We use the FIFO pegging, we would like to know what date in the table msc_supplies is used for the pegging order sequene.
