STREAM: WAITING FOR DICTIONARY REDO: SCN

Hi Experts,

I am trying to setup stream for our environment,m setup goes smooth without any error. I also check logfile and dont find any error there, but when I check V$STREAMS_CAPTURE to see the progress, i found that state=WAITING FOR DICTIONARY REDO: SCN ******. this is same from long time.

Please help
