SQL Loader Setting Degree of Parallelism

Hello,

Trying to find out as how to set the degree of parallelism with in the the control file for the SQL loader loading in the PARALLEL mode option.

Don't seem to find any documentation either. Typically Auto DOP doesn't work, so would like to control it from the control file as you know the size of the work load.

Please let me know if such an option exists.
