Blocking Locks CKPT and LCK0 on database

Hi Sir,

Database Version: 10.2.0.4

Cluster : 2 node

Platform: Windows

I see the below blocking locks in the database, as of now i don't see any issues for the users. I see the RECO process sid from node 2, planning to take the bounce of node 2 please provide your valuable suggestions.

No Errors in the Alert logs
