Siebel Gateway config on VIP

Hi ,

we are installing 8.1.1.11 IP 2013 ; on HA (gtw1 & gtw2) mode & doing installation in gtw1, in our case we are getting error "Unable to connect to Siebel Gateway Name Server" @ the step when giving GTW VIP Hostname while config new gtw on enterprise step ! 2320 port is running on gtw1 server !? we are able to ping GTW VIP from gtw1 srvrs..

please help how to proceeds on these !?
