Peoplesoft CRM 9.2(HR Helpdesk)
HI, We are using Poeplesoft 9.2 and and i am tryign to setup hrhelpdesk using CRM 9.2. I followed the PS books to create all the config (ex Call center config including Business Unit,Sattus,Templates,Correspondence etc).. I am able to save the case find the cases but i am not getting the email when as an employee or as an agent submits the cases. Could any one please help me in this.
