Long Description being eliminated during physical inventory process PS 9.2

Greetings, when we complete the Physical Inventory (AM>Physical Inventory> Load/Match/Reconcile PI) Info process. The long description field is being eliminated.

After completing Step 3 Scan File Loaded:

• Asset Table includes the long description.
• PI Scan Table long description is blank

After completing Step 4 Generate Results:

• Asset Table includes the long description.
• PI_RES_DESC table long description is blank; however, description is included int eh OLD Desc on the table.
• PI_Scan Table long description is blank

After completing Step 5 Generate Transactions:

• Asset Table includes the long description.
• PI_RES_DESC table long description is blank; however, description is included int eh OLD Desc on the table.
