How to send JE approval notifications to multiple approvers

Currently we use the seeded JE Approval workflow for our manual JE submissions. The current setup has one submitter to a single supervisor/approver. The need is to have multiple approvers receive the JE approval notification and one of the notification receiver can approve the JE batch for posting.

Is there a way we can change the current setup to include multiple approvers? I would like to avoid creating a custom workflow if there is a setup change someone has tried at their installation.

Currently we are on 12.1.3 version.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
