what are best options to move database from one exadata box to another exadata box.

what are best options to move database from one exadata box to another exadata box. I know backup and recover /standby/gloden gate options are there. Is there any way data can be synced at cell storage level or ASM level ?

We are moving all of the the databases from exadat box1 to box2 .
