Can I add to software library of old version of oracle to Cloud Control 12c?

I want to add Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.2 base software, and Fusion Middleware patch 11.1.1.7.  As well as RCU 11.1.1.7 and weblogic 10.3.6.

into my software library and use it for provisioning. Can this be done?

I obtained all of the software from Oracle e delivery, https://edelivery.oracle.com .
