AutoVue 20.2.1 - Thumbnail generation issue

Hello,

Versions:  Agile 9.3.2 and  AutoVue 20.2.1

OS : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8

Agile and Autovue are running on two different linux hosts.

We recently came to know that for AutoVue to generate thumbnails and to view them under Agile Title Block, We have to start Autovue using X11 - display as AutoVue needs a display server to generate thumbnails.

I want to know, is there any alternate way to get this worked, as currently we are using a windows machine just for X11-display.
