iHTML on IE11 vs IRWC on IE10

Can anyone explain the differences between iHTML view for Interactive Reporting in IE11 vs. using Interactive Reporting Web Client in IE10.  What are the pros and cons of each setup?

Currently we are upgrading to EPM 11.1.2.4 and the component we mainly use is Interactive Reporting.  When looking at the support matrix we see that IE11 is only supported for iHTML view where as IE10 still uses the Interactive Reporting Web Client.  So I am curious what kind of functionality would we gain or lose using ihtml view vs. IRWC.
