Pick release rule not setting correct sub inventory when doing move order

Hello ,

We have two pick release rule defined both have pick from sub inventory not populated in inventory tab and default stage subinventory populated.

Rule1  has Staging subinventory populated which is an Asset Sub inventory. This is the sub inventory populated in Shipping paramater in Pick release tab.

Rule2 has Staging_NA subinventory populated in default stage field in Inventory tab . This is an expense subinventory.

When rule 1 is used by selecting it in Release Sales order form or not used at time of  pick release and when we go to transact move order page, it is populating the correct pick from Subinventory.
