Unable to open financial report

Hi,

I encounter problem openning financial report. I try to open a report: I login to workspace -> click "Explore" and select a report to open but failed.

The error message shows: Error executing query: Error: Internal Essbase JAPI error: [(1001005): Unknown Member [Member name] in Report].

However, the member does exist in essbase.

Any idea?
