8.1.1.14 "Components/Jobs" pick applet is empty

Hello,

I just installed 8.1.1.14 and wanted to create some Jobs in "Administration - Server Management > Jobs" however I can't because the 8.1.1.14 "Components/Jobs" pick applet is empty. I can see in DB that S_SRM_ACTION table is empty however there should be records for BC "Batch Job Action".

Could you please say is this some bug or I have done something wrong during set-up? Other seed data like Web Services, Positions, Employees looks fine.
